Our Story
Helping churches stay perfectly rooted & powerfully connected
StGatherly brings a church’s communications, community, and care into one place, so leaders can spend less time wrestling with tools and more time with their people.
Our Mission
We believe the local church shouldn’t need a dozen disconnected apps to stay in touch with its people. So we built one home for it all: simple enough for a volunteer, powerful enough for a growing movement.
Why we built StGatherly
Churches carry a beautiful weight: they hold people. Members, visitors, volunteers, children, families, each one known, each one mattering. Yet the tools most churches rely on to stay connected are scattered across spreadsheets, group chats, and half-a-dozen subscriptions that never talk to each other.
We saw pastors and church workers spending their evenings copying contacts between systems, chasing rota swaps, and piecing together who came on Sunday. Time that should have gone to people was going to admin.
StGatherly is our answer: a single, thoughtfully designed platform for campaigns, contacts, giving, check-in, rotas, bookings, and a self-service member portal. AI handles the busywork. The church keeps the relationships.

What We Stand For
The values behind every decision
Ministry first
Every feature earns its place by helping a church care for its people better, not by chasing complexity.
Trust and stewardship
Congregational data is sacred. We protect it with encryption, tenant isolation, and a promise never to sell it.
Built to grow
From a small fellowship to a multi-campus movement, StGatherly scales with your congregation, not against it.
Thoughtful technology
We use AI to remove busywork so church workers can spend their time on people, not admin.
Who’s Behind StGatherly
StGatherly is a product of Appnable Ltd, trading as Kokoodi, a software studio that partners with mission-driven organisations to build technology that serves people first. We build StGatherly with respect for the local church and the weight of pastoral responsibility it carries.
